By popular demand, we have decided to also
include Pinot Noir in our portfolio this year!

These grapes are from the Northern Coastal region of California. Pinot Noir is the most highly prized grape in the world and is also known as the “Heartbreak Grape” due to it being one of the most difficult grapes to grow (properly) and balancing out a wine that is low in tannins and higher in acidity takes a lot of patience! Pinot Noir is one of my very favourite wines. We have been perfecting our Pinot Noir over the last 7 years and we are excited to add it to our line up. Please see our tasting notes below as they are not included on our website since this is a limited edition.

Pinot Noir
This stunning and graceful red wine is medium bodied and lighter in colour. Its bouquet is inviting and hits you with ripe, fresh dark cherries, raspberries, vanilla and baking spices that follow through to the flavour with just a hint of earthy, forest floor. The mouthfeel is silky and soft. Its tannins are subtle and the finish is so, so smooth. Serve cool to the touch. Pairs perfectly with anything mushroomy.

Classic Chardonnay
This beautiful wine opens with hints of apple and apricot, finishing with toasted coconut lingering on the palate. Aged on French oak to showcase its old world character.

Buttery Chardonnay (238.99)
Oozing with tropical fruit, pears, creamy vanilla and honey. This big, showstopper wine has a soft, round, buttery mouthfeel, with perfectly balanced acidity. Perfect for the “I only drink red” wine lover. Malolactic fermented. Aged on American oak.

Fumé Blanc
Our version of the classic, made popular by the great Robert Mondavi, is a rounder, richer version of a Sauvignon Blanc. With flavours of melon and pineapple and a slight toasted finish. Aged on French oak, just like in the Loire Valley.

French Colombard
This aromatic white leads with a bouquet of peaches and zesty lime, with a lingering nectarine and grapefruit finish. Refreshing, light to medium bodied. Unoaked.

Gewürztraminer
Off dry and citrusy, this beloved wine is perfectly balanced with lychee and tropical fruit tones. Aromatic and spicy, a crowd pleaser for sure. Fermented with elderflowers. Unoaked.

Sauvignon Blanc
Tropical and floral, our version has hints of pineapple, peach and gooseberry. Balanced acidity and passionfruit on the finish. Summer in a glass. Unoaked.

Our processing time takes about 6-8 weeks. Sparkling wines and dessert style wines are also available at an extra cost, please ask us for details. Prices include everything except bottles.
