Heritage Estates – White Wines

Pinot Grigio Style

Unoaked, light bodied, dry. A typical Pinot Grigio style, this wine boasts aromas of tart green apple with crisp citrus and honey flavors.

Sauvignon Blanc Style

Unoaked, medium bodied, and dry. A refreshing Sauvignon Blanc style wine with crisp green apple flavors and pleasant herbal notes.

Riesling Style

Unoaked, medium, and off-dry. A classic Riesling style wine with floral and ripe fruit aromas, light mineral notes, and a refreshing acidity.

Chardonnay Style

Lightly oaked, medium and dry. A traditional style Chardonnay with pear, apple, herbal and mineral notes and a crisp finish.

These wines are ready to be consumed after bottling.

Each craft wine batch yields 30-750 ml bottles.  Price includes everything except bottles.  Prices subject to change without notice.

Heritage Estates – Red Wines

Vieux Chateau de Roi

Unoaked. Fullbodied. Dry. A traditional, unoaked French style red wine with spice and berry fruit aromas, rich berry fruit on the palate and spicy notes in the finish.

Shiraz Style

Medium-oaked. Full-bodied. Dry. A Shiraz style with fruity aromas of ripe raspberry with floral and spice nuances. Dry and full-bodied with balanced acidity and soft tannins.

Pinot Noir Style

Lightly oaked. Medium bodied. Dry. A dry and light-bodied wine with crisp acidity and very little tannin; plenty of fruit flavor with some cherry and red berry notes.

Merlot Style

Medium oaked. Medium bodied. Dry. A Merlot style wine with aromas of tart strawberry and flavors of berries with light floral notes and a clean finish.

Cabarnet Sauvignon Style

Heavy Oaked, Medium Bodied, Dry. A balanced classic Cab style wine with berry, toast and vanilla aromas and berry flavor with well integrated oak.
