India Pale Ale was developed in England to withstand the long journey to India during colonization. Our India Pale Ale has a copper / golden colour and medium aroma hops, with a slightly higher starting gravity and hop rates than our regular pale ale.
Similar to our Pale Ale, this copper coloured ale is medium bodied and slightly darker in colour than our Pale Ale. it has a balanced caramel flavour and is fermented on American hops for a hint of citrus.
Stylistically positioned between a German Alt Beer and Oktoberfest, our red ale is copper red in colour. It has a pronounced crip, malty character, with delicate hop bitterness and a pleasing floral aroma. Blessed with all of these thirst quenching attributes, this beer is sure to please.
This ale pours dark brown, with a tan head. It has a fruit aroma with subtle hints of chocolate. Great mount feel, rich and fruity with good malt sweetness. Chocolate and fruit aftertaste and well balanced with hop bitterness.
