Fresh California Grapes & Grape Juices
Making your own wines from Imported California Grapes and Juice is a fantastic hobby. For the discerning home brewer, Flying Fish Winery proudly imports the best quality fresh grapes and fresh grape juices you can find from California.
Our whole grapes are shipped in lugs (36 lb boxes) and our juices are shipped in 5 gallon pails or 45 gallon drums.
Our orders to the vineyards are typically placed in August. Delivery to the island is usually mid September, however that is all up to Mother Nature.
Please keep in mind that there is a chance that not all varietals will be available depending on the growing season.
Red Varietals
The following red varietals are available in whole grape lugs (36 lbs), 5 gallon pails and 45 gallon drums:
Alicante, Barbera, Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Chianti, Grenache, Merlot, Mixed Black, Petite Sirah, Valdepena, Zinfandel, Old Vine Zinfandel
Green Varietals
The following green varietals are available in whole grape lugs (36 lbs):
Chardonnay, French Colombard, Muscat
The following green varietals are available in 5 gallon pails and 45 gallon drums:
Chablis, Chardonnay, French Colombard, Gewürztraminer, Johannisberg Riesling, Muscat, Palomino, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano, Viognier
