It’s that time of year again!
Last week, the first of the rhubarb started arriving so we thought we’d take this opportunity to quickly connect with you about the 2023 fruit season.

Time to Make Room in your Freezers!

Now is the perfect time to make room in your freezers for this years harvest! Turn your frozen fruits and juices into delicious ciders, wines and port style wines!

Call us at 250-652-8818 to book your drop off appointment now!

*please note, we respectfully decline whole (or chunks) of frozen apples/pears.*

 
Drop Off Appointments

Fruit is accepted by appointment only.
Drop off appointments are made no more than 3 weeks in advance.
This way, you will have a pretty good idea of what volume of fruit you will be bringing and that it will be ready to harvest at that time.

Knowing proper volumes is essential to us. This way we are able to plan for proper staffing and space as we can only process so much in a day. Thank you for your understanding!

When you are ready to make a drop off appointment, it is easiest to call us at 250-652-8818. If we are not able to answer, please leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you by the end of the next business day. 

 
Bottling Appointments

When you drop off your fruit, we will book you in for a bottling appointment.
To make it fair to everyone, we are only able to book you in for 2 batches at a time.

A gentle reminder that we require 48 HOURS NOTICE if you need to change your appointment for CARBONATED products or a $25 RE-CARBONATION fee will be charged.
