Kimberley Wine Vinegars
California wines from the Alexander family winery and local California vintners are used to handcraft Kimberley’s one-of-a-kind vinegars. Using the time-honored Orleans process developed during the Middle Ages in France, the vinegar matures slowly and naturally for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels. This slow, careful barrel fermentation produces vinegar of exceptional flavor and quality. Rich and refined with a distinct varietal wine flavor, Kimberley vinegars reflect the fertile soil and unique climate of California. They are unpasteurized (to preserve the vinegar’s subtle taste characteristics) and preservative-free. Certified Organic.

COVID-19 SHOP PROTOCOLS
As the COVID-19 crisis continues, we want to make sure we maintain a safe and healthy workplace and shop environment. On top of our routine cleaning after each client, we are taking proactive steps by booking appointments at a staggered time, so safe distances can be maintained at our bottling stations. We are sanitizing before and after each client for bottling and ordering. Please do not enter if you are or have been sick in the last 14 days. Until Further Notice: ONLY 4 CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SHOP AT ONE TIME. BOTTLING PARTIES ARE LIMITED TO 2 PEOPLE ONLY. If our front door is locked during business hours, it means we are at full capacity and you will need to wait outside.
