We have a couple updates to share with you in regards to the 2021 Harvest.

We are excited to announce that our on-line store is now open for those of you who prefer to order that way.

It looks like the wineries have already scooped up a couple of varietals…
Unfortunately, the following juices WILL NOT be available this year:

Pinot Grigio
Palomino

If you have already ordered the Pinot Grigio or Palomino, we will be in touch shortly to suggest some recommendations.

Thank you to everyone who has already put in their orders. It looks like a lot of fine wine will be made this year!

As mentioned in our last newsletter, this year we are looking at a grape shortage, therefore we are putting in our orders early this year to secure our quantities. Delivery on the grapes will be the same as last year.

2021 Fresh Wine Grapes
Most of the medal-winning California wine grapes we source are from District 11 known as the Lodi – Woodbridge – Linden Hills district, and from District 6 in the Contra Costa County area. Pinot Noir is available from District 7, the Coastal Region. Grape varieties not listed or from other districts are sourced upon request. 

1/2 ton bins are available at a reduced cost per pound. Contact us for pricing.

Grapes and juices are delivered to Flying Fish Winery on the Saanich Peninsula on Vancouver Island. 

Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Grape prices subject to change depending on market at harvest. Transportation fees MAY be apply.

Please place your orders as soon as possible in person, via phone, email or through our on-line store.

A 50% deposit will be collected at time of ordering.  

Payments accepted: Cash, Cheque, Debit and E-transfer.
Add 3% if using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

THIS YEAR WE WILL BE OPERATING ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS FOR ORDERING YOUR GRAPES.
To secure your grapes, please place your orders as soon as you know what you would like.

Due to the insane price hike of wood these days, wooden boxes will not be available this year, everything will be coming in corrugated plastic cartons.

Kimberley UnPasteurized Wine Vinegars!

California wines are used to handcraft Kimberley’s one-of-a-kind vinegars. Using the time-honored Orleans process developed during the Middle Ages in France, the vinegar matures slowly and naturally for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels.
